Well, I kinda did it! I had a hamburger and some fries and some ice cream and a LITTLE bit of M&M’s but… it wasn’t nearly as bad as it normally is.
I ate my fruit. I ate light to make up for what I ate that I shouldn’t have. So.. yeah?

I ate anything that wasn’t nailed down yesterday, but tis ok. I lost another few pounds In a week so w00t.
